TMZ is reporting that Hillary’s drunken brother-in-law is cooling his jets in the clink after getting busted for a DUI in Cali. Police told TMZ that Roger Clinton was arrested Sunday at around 8 PM in Redondo Beach. He was booked for driving under the influence, and supposedly he refused blood alcohol testing.
