POLL : MAJORITY OF AMERICANS THINK HILLARY SHOULD HAVE BEEN INDICTED

A majority of Americans would like to have seen Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton face charges over her use of a private email server that compromised national security secrets, a new poll shows.

While 39 percent of likely voters surveyed by Rasmussen Reports say the FBI made the right decision in not recommending an indictment for Clinton, an astounding 53 percent of people surveyed say “the FBI should have sought a criminal indictment against her,” according to a poll conducted on Tuesday and Wednesday.

“These findings are basically unchanged from July when FBI Director James Comey first announced the decision not to seek an indictment,” a report from Rasmussen on Friday states.

On top of that, “Seventy percent (70%) of voters say Clinton’s mishandling of classified information is important to their vote for president, with 49% who say it’s Very Important,” Rasmussen reports.

“Twenty-seven percent (27%) say the issue is not important, but that includes only nine percent (9%) who say it’s Not At All Important to how they will vote.”

Another Rasmussen poll conducted earlier this month showed 65 percent of voters also “think it’s likely Clinton broke the law by sending and receiving e-mails containing classified information through a private e-mail server while serving as secretary of State.”

The poll’s results are a stark contrast to the sentiment pushed by the establishment media, which has all but glossed over the national security controversy in favor of covering Donald Trump rumors ad nauseam.

The issue was again brought to the forefront during a Commander-in-Chief forum in September, in which the former secretary of state was questioned on her email server by Air Force and Navy veteran John Lester who asked why she was being held to a different standard than armed forces members.
