Nancy Pelosi is blaming the recent decline in Obamacare enrollments to “sabotage” by President Trump. From the Washington Examiner House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Trump’s executive actions since taking office, including scaling back advertising for the law, have caused the drop in enrollments in 2017.
