This is such an incredibly stupid stunt by Nancy Pelosi for multiple reasons. First of all, there is no way to ban usage of docs that are widely distributed on the internet. When the DNC docs leak, they will be all over the news wire, its not like Paul Ryan is some sort of a gatekeeper to the availability of that information.
