Obama’s Vacations Cost American Taxpayers Over 85 MILLION Dollars
The Obama’s have squandered away over $85 million dollars on vacations.
On average, the first family spent approximately $10 million a year on travel and vacations.
Watchdog group Judicial Watch, which has kept track of presidential travel for years, received new info on the first family’s last Christmas vacation in Hawaii.
That trip total came to nearly $5 million.
The Obama’s are expected to return to Hawaii this Christmas.
The expenses cover security, flights and hotel rooms for staff and U.S. Secret Service.
Other operational and security costs are not included, which would spike the number even higher.

Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained records from the U.S. Secret Service revealing that its travel expenses for the First Family’s 2015 Hawaiian vacation cost taxpayers $1.2 million, which bring the total cost of the vacation trip to at least $4.8 million. This was the Obamas’ eighth Hawaiian family vacation. The trip has become an annual event for the Obamas. To date, Obama’s and his family’s travel expenses total at least $85,029,819.
The records obtained by Judicial Watch for Obama’s Secret Service travel to Hawaii reveal the following expenses totaling $1,234,316.67:
Hotel and lodging costs totaled $1,000,458.63.
The Secret Service spent $165,893.88 on car rentals.
Air and rail expenses totaled $67,964.16.

How many mansions did they rent last year for all their friends and put it on our backs?
Perhaps the recent 3 feet of snow is a harbinger of a blizzard for them this time….just imagine those spendthrifts snowed in until after January 20th.
Obama never expressed a concern or lifted a finger to reduce incredibly wasteful and fraudulent Washington D.C. deficit spending during his time in office. In fact, Mr Obama has behaved like a drunkin sailor on shore leave with an unlimited amount of cash in his pockets who was ready to party. I like President elect Donald Trump’s total change in direction on exploding out of control federal deficits and debt…. He has proposed a hiring freeze on federal workers for starters.
Larry Brown–before you get too excited about a “freezing federal employees’ salaries” try and google “general schedule pay raise history”. Since 2010, federal employees have had 0 to very little in pay raises. In fact, from 2011-2013, there was a “0” percent increase in wages. In most industries, you get 2-4 percent annually to keep up with 3 percent annual inflation. The economy has recovered, unfortunately, it has done so, largely, on the backs of federal works–because Obama has had to deal with a game-playing republican congress. Think first, research, and then speak. My god.

7 million tax dollars went into Trump’s thanksgiving trip to Mar a Lago. He’s not even in office yet.
What he does with his own money is one thing….frivolously spending our tax dollars on leisure is another…he could have spent some of his salary on those many trips but didn’t and left us to foot the bbill…Mr Trump doesn’t need our tax dollars to travel and in fact is donating all but a 1$ (what he legally has to take and only the 3rd pres to do so) of his salary to wounded vets and homes for wounded vets foundations…already making more of an effort to take care of Americans than what was done in all 8 yrs previous! & the real kicker is, this parting president took and spent more vacations that ANY other potus.. Hmmmm coming from the man who PROMISED Americans he wouldn’t take vacations…and knocking bush taking them to his family estate that he OWNED and cost nothing to stay there…

Oh, and by the way Trump is a billionaire who has said he won’t receive a paycheck as our president, so that right there is a plus for the American people. A heck of a lot more than Obama ever did for this country. Obama was a very costly president. Not only did he play golf, run around all over the world costing us millions of dollars, but he also did nothing for our country or the citizens that live here and pay taxes. A BIG FAT ZERO !!!!!!!!

The Obama pay for their vacation costs. The only thing we pay for is Air Force 1 and security. Security costs are a fortune for the Trump family who also inconvenience New York Rd because Melania will not move to the white house…add to that Security for Florida and for his children. ….
