Gawd, this guy. The Obama administration’s unconstitutional interpretation of executive authority has reached new lows. Immigrants seeking citizenship are exempt from a key part of the Oath of Allegiance. Immigrants no longer have to pledge to “bear arms on behalf of the United States.” They can opt out of that part – nor do they have to cite any specific religious belief forbidding them to perform military service.
