A Los Angeles illegal male is charged with setting a fire that killed five people inside a vacant building.

Illegal Johnny Sanchez, 21, was in the United States illegally and had been arrested on a drug possession charge and was RELEASED just days before the arson blaze.

But wait, it gets worse…..

Sanchez was arrested in California in 2012 for illegally entering the U.S., however, authorities released him a week later, claiming he had no criminal history or previous immigration violations, the Los Angeles Times reported.

That’s Obama’s America – criminal illegals roaming the streets spreading immorality, drugs, and death.

Sanchez is being held on five counts of murder, while local prosecutors consider the death penalty.

How about we send him BACK to whatever hellhole he crawled out of and stop burdening AMERICAN TAXPAYERS?

Johnny Sanchez, who was homeless at the time he set the blaze, did so after a fight broke out with two other homeless people living in the vacant building, located near downtown Los Angeles.

Three men and two women died in the fire, which collapsed the roof of the two-story building and left the bodies buried in debris.
