Obama May Have Violated The Vienna Convention When he BOOTED OUT the Russians
On Thursday Obama booted out 35 Russian diplomats and closed two Russian compounds in New York and Maryland in retaliation for “unconfirmed” Rusian hacking.
Wikileaks put out several tweets indicating Obama may have violated the Vienna Convention by expelling the Russian diplomats.
Obama's banning Russian diplomats from entering into two diplomatic properties in the US is likely a violation of the Vienna Convention.

I don’t have high hopes. It seems to me, that above a certain level people routinely get away with murder. Sometimes figuratively, sometimes literally.
Yes, both figuratively and literally. AMERICANS can no longer accept what Pres.Obama claims on FAITH when PROOF has not been provided and everything about Russian guilt is circumstantial!! As an aside, has Eric Braverman (potential whistleblower on Clinton Foundation) ever been found or is he still missing?? HOw about the deaths of Shawn Lucas and Seth Rich (DNC COMPUTER people) ; have their deaths been FULLY INVESTIGATED?? Folks that’s three deaths too many that are DNC and Clinton Foundation related. We’re talking about American human lives; and, they’re worried about Russian election hacking of which they have no proof?? Somebody give me a break!!
