Once again Obama has stepped over “state rights” in order to issue a nationwide decree, pertaining to school bathrooms. The Obama administration informed every school in the country that they must abide by national guidelines set forth by the Department of Justice or lose their federal funding. The decree states that students must be allowed to use the whatever bathroom or locker room that matches the gender they identify with, regardless of anyone else’s feelings.  The rights and comforts of the transgenders transcend all others.
