Obama CRUSHES Hillary’s Hopes of a “Blanket Pardon”
Some have speculated that Hillary Clinton could be pardoned before she’s even charged.
It’s a “blanket pardon” Obama could cloak her in to protect her from any charges levied at her.
However, Obama himself has cast doubt on that, saying he can’t pardon someone if they’re not charged.

After everyone from Jesse Jackson to the terrified mainstream media to prominent Congressional Democrats have called upon Obama to issue a blanket pardon for Hillary Clinton, he finally admitted that it’s not possible to pardon someone who hasn’t yet stood trial for a crime.
And while Obama was referencing a potential pardon of Edward Snowden with his comments, one could assume that the law should be applied the same way for all U.S. citizens. “I can’t pardon somebody who hasn’t gone before a court and presented themselves, so that’s not something that I would comment on at this point.
I think that Mr. Snowden raised some legitimate concerns. How he did it was something that did not follow the procedures and practices of our intelligence community. If everybody took the approach that I make my own decisions about these issues, then it would be very hard to have an organized government or any kind of national security system.”
Does this mean that the FBI will charge Hillary prior to January, so Barack Obama can pardon her?

This is true.But,I would argue that according to FBI Dir.Homey,she didn’t do anything wrong,except being careless.So I don’t see how she could be pardoned,when not even charged.And if memory serves,( I am an old geezer) they had all the goods on tricky dick and were going to charge him.Like I said,I could have that wrong.At that time,I was busy working two jobs to support my family,and politics just didn’t fit in at that time.
She did do something wrong, negligence is not a defense. People get charged with criminally negligent crimes all the time. Plus there are many other crimes in those emails that were not closely examined.
Lets no forget she lied to congress under oath.

I maintain that since homey said there isn’t anything illegal that the beast did,there were/are no offenses to pardon.

Nixon was president when he was doing his crimes, all of the lower level actors in Watergate were convicted. Hillary was never president.

Obama has the power to pardon Hillary for her criminal actions, though she has not been formally charged—–but then Obama has to explain his decision for DESPREATLY pushing this woman to become a president, knowing she was guilty of a crime.
In other hand, if Comey or Lynch charge Hillary, before Jan 20th, to clear the path for Obama’s pardon, then the new government has to seriously and publicly go after THESE TWO.
Needless to say, regardless of their last minute action, they still have to be investigated for their involvement in corruption and coverups.

Jonathan, both investigations—E Mails and Foundation —which may bring about future charges, can be pardoned by Obama, now—called Blanket Pardon—-Since both criminal activities have been already committed. However, if Obama—with or without formal charges—does not pardon her, by the time he leaves office, then it is completely out of his hand.
It’s just not true. He in fact can issue a pardon. Nixon was pardoned and never was charged with a crime.
ATTENTION: nobama can only PARDON her for SOS crimes. HE CAN NOT pardon her or bill or chelsea for ANY CRIMES commited by the clinton foundation… The clinton was SUPPOSED to be seperate from her SOS biz. BUT, we know better now. The clintons are TOAST… PERIOD !!!
If she were charged with a crime AFTER Obama left office in January, wouldn’t it then, be out of Obama’s reach to pardon her for anything?
How I read this, Jesse Jackson knows something we don’t. He thinks she needs a pardon and she’s not even been to court. “I’d like to call my first witness. Mister Jesse Jackson.”
She potentially has do much more to POSSIBLY be charged with…..the waters are muddy with her corruptions….
It really doesn’t matter if he does or don’t pardon her,hen he leaves the Oval Office , they will both be charged with charges they don’t even know,this has all been in the making,,they had to wait, myself I believe congressman Trey Gowdy , will have a lot to do with the outcome,
i.m sure they will find some technicality that may not be related to any of her know crimes. can’t pardon her for crimes she has not yet committed. give her 10 minutes – she can’t help herself.

What about the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative? They were funded by pay to play between the State Dept and The Clinton Foundation. And what about her arranging the selling of 20% of our Uranium. I do t think Bill and Hillary Clinton did anything for anyone since she was Sec of State. The people of Haiti can show how it worked down there and why admirer all the money Clinton received, the Haituans have nothing – it’s all stashed in the Clinton Foundation, of which the donations are reduced to 5.6% to the charity. The Clintons keep the rest. It’s all very disgusting. And the Dems want her to lead this country- to where? The Poir House to be sure.
If President Obama pardons Hillary Clinton I feel it is because her crimes have ties to him in some way. He will pardon her to protect himself and his legacy. If he does not pardon her then I feel he actually might be clean of any ties to her many criminal activities. I hope he is clean.
Frankly, I’d like to see Snowden pardoned. However, the Clintons and Obamas HATE each other. I say let it play out. She”ll then get what she deserves. Sessions, despite the crap being bandied about by the alt- left communist democrats and their shills, is a decent, respectable man– he’ll be fair, unlike Obama alt-left communist democrat appointees.

If the FBI and DOJ file charges before Jan 20th,2016 Obama will pardon Hillary and those with immunity deals.
If the FBI and the DOJ wait till aftet January 20th, 2016 to charge Hillary the entire situation will be out of Obama’s hands!
Now, if the investigation reveals there were other crimes committed by Hilary after a pardon and after Obama leaves office, Hillary and her co-conspirators can be successfully prosecuted! Obama can’t pardon undiscovered crimes! We all know that Obama, the entire DNC, the NAACP, Rhino republicans etc…would be caught in a criminal dragnet with which there would be no way of escape…unless of course Trump pardons them all!
It’s better for the indictment of Hillary to be held at bay until Obama is out office because it’s an insurance policy for justice!
A pardon by Obama CAN clear her from any crimes commited before the pardon, known or unknown. Indictment or not.
Obama is lying as usual. He knows a blanket pardon is possible, but he’s still in the process of begging Trump not to prosecute her. If he feels the begging isn’t working, then he will issue the blanket pardon at the last minute.
