NEW POLL : The Trump Effect Spreads Throughout Canada
A new poll reveals that a “Trump-style” populist candidate in Canada is gaining popularity, as well as a growing suspicion of Islamic refugees.

The internet poll surveyed 2,513 people across Canada, including 1,024 Quebecers, and was conducted over four days in January, including the day of the infamous Quebec City Mosque shooting.
The good news for Conservative Party of Canada leadership candidate Kellie Leitch and her “Canadian values” campaign: three-quarters of those polled are in favor of vetting new immigrants with a Canadian values test to determine their ideology on basic equality issues.
The Canadian mainstream media and even some of Leitch’s Conservative colleagues consistently suggest that Leitch is “extreme” or out of step with mainstream Canadians with her values test. Just last week, Calgary Member of Parliament Deepak Obhrai said he was “outraged”over Leitch’s equality questions and suggested that it created “a dangerous environment.”
The only dangerous environment will be created by allowing in people with totally different values.
Obhrai can be as ‘out raged’ as he wants. We the Canadian people want what she is suggesting and we want it now. We Canadians LOVE Donald Trump and wish he was running this country instead of the jihad loving dictator we currently have.
I agree. We Canadians LOVE Donald Trump and we need someone just like him to run this country. We do not need immigrants that believe in Sharia law in this country. We also need to take care of our own first. Our homeless and seniors. When someone moves to Canada they should live by our standards. We shouldn’t have to change and live by theirs. That is just down right assinign.
