A New Rasmussen Poll Shows a dead heat with Clinton leading Trump nationally 39% to 38% – within the margin of error.

Rasmussen also found something interesting and ironic – that Libertarian party candidate Gary Johnson , touted by mainstream media as a potential “spoiler,” makes no difference as his voters don’t seem to pull significantly more away from Trump or Clinton.

With 18% still undecided and over 5 months to go before election day, the only real conclusion is this match-up has not even started yet and is at the top of the 1st inning.
