NeverTrumper Charles Krauthammer Defends Donald Trump Against Obama Attacks
Has hell frozen over?
During the DNC Convention in Philadelphia, last week Trump was the obvious topic of many speeches, including the address given by President Obama.
Many of the attacks levied by the Democrats were of a more “personal” nature, mimicking the same tone that comes from the NeverTrump camp.
Charles Krauthammer is a Fox News contributor, and he has admitted that he is no fan of Donald Trump. But he went to bat for Trump on Fox News yesterday.
The rhetoric at times was so outlandish, that even an anti-Trump zealot like Fox News contributor Charles Krauthammer took notice saying, “I found the most astonishing line of the entire Democratic convention was Obama’s speech, where in one sentence he bracketed ‘fascist,’ ‘communist,’ ‘jihadist’ and what he called ‘homegrown demagogues,” said Krauthammer.
The Fox News contributor then added, “It shows you the depth of feeling that Obama has, and a lot of Democrats have, about Trump. Part of it, perhaps personal, because of the birther issue, but I think because Trump represents the antithesis of what [Obama] does.”
Ironically, Hillary is the one who started the “birther” issue, yet she got a totally fake on-stage hug.

When and where did Hillary Clinton start the birther issue?

First of all…obama needs to keep his nose out of our presidential elections….this is not about him…its about what Americans want for our country…he s fighting so much for hillary..you would think he s running for a third term…which is definitely not going to happen….if he and hillary didnt do all the things they were supposed to.do during the past eight years..why are they lying to the American people..promising things they didnt get done during obama s term…obama thinks he s running for president…if hillary.is not qualified to do everything a president is supposed to do themselves..why did he announce that she is the most qualified to be president…what I see is a personal vendetta towards Trump..they cant stand that he has half the country supporting him…and that he might still be president…obama and hillary stop spreading lies about Trump to discourage Americans to vote for him…our country will be great again..and we will not be fooled by your lies and jealousy of a great candidate for President of the Umited States…he s a breath of fresh air without the lies and corruption..faithful Trump supporter..
Well said! I totally agree, I watched the whole convention also and it did sound like Obama was running for president! And I know Charles did not like trump at all so I am so happy to hear him comment in his behalf.
