Nationalism is Not Wrong – Donald Trump Puts America First 

Thanks to Donald Trump there’s a new front sweeping across America called Nationalism – and it’s causing quite a storm! What exactly is Nationalism? 

Nationalism is a feeling of pride, patriotism, and loyalty to your country.  For the past eight years, we’ve been told that American exceptionalism does not exist, and America is a “bully” around the world.  So, is this new wave of patriotic pride wrong or racist?

Not according to Trump, who vows if he becomes president, he will govern the country with an “America first agenda,” explaining that his policies will always seek to benefit the American people first and foremost.  This philosophy is counter-culture to the decades-long globalist agenda that has destroyed much of the country’s jobs, inner- cities, and infrastructure.  

Is this too much patriotism after America’s been scolded & shamed into global submission?

Again, not according to Trump.  He told the New York Times, ” It’s not protectionism; it’s patriotism.  It’s not isolationism; it’s common sense.” 

That notion seems to be catching on.  Lydia S. a Trump supporter from Jasper, IN expressed it this way: “Focusing on home and loving your country and your people enough to place their needs first, isn’t racist – it’s the right thing to do.”

If this movement keeps growing, you may be seeing a lot more happy Americans waving Old Glory.
