House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi denounced Republican chatter about impeaching Hillary Clinton as “a brazen attempt” to defy the results of the presidential election.
“In addition to there being no grounds for impeachment to begin with, moving to impeach President Hillary Clinton for alleged activities from before the election would be a brazen attempt to nullify the vote of the American people, outside our constitutional framework and destructive to the Framers’ intent,” the California Democrat said in a Thursday statement.
FBI Director James Comey notified lawmakers last week that investigators have reopened the investigation of Clinton’s use of a private email server after finding a new batch of emails “pertinent” to the previously completed probe.

Pelosi/Clinton believes even this law does not apply to her. I don’t think things will get that far. I would like to think the pardon power does not extend to Clinton. But it is pretty clear, the universally incompetent buffoon that we have called president for nearly eight years, will like extend his corruption to pardoning Clinton.

not true, Carter pardoned Nixon before he was impeached or convicted. Obama can do the same. The only limitation on pardons is impeachments, once they happen they stand.
Slightly wrong. Impeachment is simply the act of voting in the Articles as written. A President must be found guilty and the, and only then, does the limitation stand. If a pardon is issued before the judgement phase, it stands.
Actually it was Gerald ford that pardoned Nixon. Otherwise you are correct in saying a presidential pardon can be given in order to keep charges from being filed.
Nixon resigned before e could be impeached. Ford pardoned him to avoid him from being charged in federal court or any lower courts. A Presidential Pardon does not work for Impeachment. Obama could give her a Full Pardon and she could still be Impeached by the Senate.
Actually it was Gerald Ford who granted a pardon to Nixon, who resigned from office before being impeached. The pardon give Nixon immunity from prosecution and the same can be done for Clinton.
President Ford pardoned Nixon. Carter had nothing to do with it.
Before he can do that, she has to be found guilty first of what ever crimes the court sees appropriate and he will be long gone before that happens. Her only hope would be to get elected and have her running mate sworn in and have him pardon her like Ford did with Nixon, but if she is found guilty by a state court, even he would not have the authority to issue a pardon.

United States (1993), the Supreme Court determined that the federal judiciary cannot review such -if she is charged with a crime this kicks in

And what is it when Obama says he will prevent Trump from occupying the oval office if he should win, that he will not allow Trump to take over as POTUS! First he can’t do that, second, if he could, wouldn’t that be nullifying the votes of the people?????
Obama will play the civil unrest card in martial law to keep Trump out of the Oval Office. In which he will remain President until he, himself lifts the martial law order.
