McCain Defies Congress in Order to Further SMEAR Trump
John McCain has decided to take matters into his own hands. to investigate Russian hacks.
Angry that there will likely be no “special committee,” McCain is going to defy Congress and investigate the “Russian hacks.”

Congress likely will not form a select committee to investigate the influence Russian hacking played in the 2016 elections, Sen. John McCain(R-Ariz.) said Tuesday.
“Without the support of the leadership, then I would imagine it won’t [happen],” McCain told CNN’s Manu Raju. “But we’ll move ahead in the Armed Services Committee, and I’m sure other committees will.”
Despite bipartisan support for the idea, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell(R-Ky.) has voiced his opposition to creating a special committee, insisting the investigation should be left to the Intelligence Committee.
McCain, the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, has been among the most vocal supporters of a creating special committee to investigate cyberattacks on Democratic organizations that officials say originated in Russia. Intelligence analysts say the country was seeking to help the campaign of President-elect Donald Trump.
Trump has questioned reports of Russian meddling, including from U.S. intelligence officials, saying there’s no way to really know who hacked into the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton campaign emails.
The president-elect has also raised eyebrows with his frequent praise for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During a campaign stop in September, Trump said Putin was a better leader than President Obama was for America. And last week, Trump praised Putin on Twitter as “very smart” for not retaliating against U.S. sanctions levied against Russia for election meddling.

How long ago was he a prisoner of war? This is 2017, we have a new president, and his name is Trump, not McCain. McCain can’t seem to handle it. Term Limits would be outstanding, but when it was first offered up by the Republicans under Regan, it was the only piece of legislation forwarded by Newt Gringrich that the Republican majority DID NOT pass. No one wanted to clean the swamp then & NO one is willing to do it now.
You only have to look at the nominations now to see where this country is going. A Wall Street lawyer has been nominated to lead the SEC- fox & the chicken coop! The libs keep saying Russians hacked the election but there is absolutely no proof of this – I think what they actually are accusing Russia of is hacking the DNC and Podesta emails and that because they were hacked and released thru WikiLeaks THAT influenced the elections and lost votes for Clinton. However, stating it as “hacking the election” is more impactful than just saying they influenced the election (because of released emails), they will keep stating it as hacking election. And, of course, Assange has unequivocally stated he did not receive the emails from Russia or any other state but that won’t stop the rhetoric either. McCain is blowing smoke screens just like all the other sore losers.
