BREAKING : Le Pen Moves into 1st Place in France, Says “Patriotism is Policy of the Future”
Marine Le Pen is riding in on the success of Brexit and Trump in a big way. Recently, Le Pen moved into first place in Presidential polling in France.

Marine Le Pen is gaining support in France and has taken the lead in a major survey of voters’ intentions for the first round of the presidential election.
The populist leader of the National Front had between 25 percent and 26 percent support compared with 23 percent to 25 percent for Republican candidate Francois Fillon, according to an Ipsos Sopra Steria poll for Cevipof and Le Monde. In mid December, Fillon led with about 28 percent and Le Pen around 25 percent.
Since the election of Donald Trump as U.S. president on Nov. 8, the French race has been closely-watched as another crucial battle between populist and establishment forces. Under the French electoral system, the two leading candidates face each other in a run-off vote on May 7, presenting a significant hurdle to Le Pen. The poll didn’t include data for the second-round vote.
Le Pen is the leader of the French National Front party that is answering the pleas of many French people. These concerned citizens face a never-ending onslaught of poorly vetted migrants from Islamic countries, bringing a culture of violence and sexual assault against women with them.
Le Pen declared recently that she believes that patriotism is the policy of the future.

The presidential candidate predicted that voters in France, Germany and the Netherlands would follow their US and UK counterparts to reject the arguments of the political establishment.
She said that 2017 would be the “year of the awakening” for European people.
Her comments were echoed by the Dutch politician, Geert Wilders.
“Yesterday, a new America. Today… a new Europe!” Mr Wilders, the leader of the anti-immigration Freedom Party (PVV), said while opening the meeting under heavy security in the central German city of Koblenz.
“The people of the West are awakening. They are throwing off the yoke of political correctness,” he said.
“This year will be the year of the people… the year of liberation, the year of the patriotic spring.”
Ms Le Pen said Britain’s vote to leave the European Union last year would have a domino effect across the European Union (EU).
“We are experiencing the return of nation-states,” she said.
The year 2016 was characterised by the “awakening of Anglo-Saxon countries”, she added, while 2017 “will be the year of the awakening of the people of continental Europe”.
