Lyin Ted’s Favorability TANKS in Texas

It’s called KARMA, Ted.

Ted Cruz hit an all-time low when he was invited by a generous Donald Trump to speak at the RNC convention in Cleveland, Ohio and refused to endorse Trump.

Ted took the stage and did not honor his earlier pledge by endorsing Donald Trump and was subsequently booed off the stage in one of the most epic political speech moments of all time.

Karma has come back to bite Ted in his Canadian ass.

The one-time popular senator is now a “lesser of two evils” candidate in his home state, where he’s running for senate

Reports that Texans are smarting a bit over the recent Cruz behavior and they’re letting him know it.

From CBS Dallas:

Sen. Ted Cruz won the Republican presidential primary in Texas with nearly 44 percent of the vote. But most voters now do not think very highly of the U.S. lawmaker, according to the latest KTVT-CBS 11/Dixie Strategies Poll numbers which were released on Thursday.

52% of people now view the senator as “Very Unfavorable” across all demographics.

Should Ted have backed Donald?

Yep…..

More than 53 percent of Republican voters in Texas find Cruz to be either “much less favorable” or “somewhat less favorable” after he opted not to offer an endorsement for GOP nominee Trump. The biggest swings in opinion came from Republicans who identified themselves as being either liberal or moderate.

Good news for Cruz, as far as other Republican challengers go, is that he holds a 15 point lead over his closest challenger Dan Patrick.

He’ll never be more than a senator.
