A little Detroit girl put her birthday money to good community use. Samya McLaughlin, 9-years-old, bought sandwiches, chips, fruit, and cookies with her birthday money, and brought the bagged lunches to a Detroit police precinct, as a “thank you” gift for Detroit police officers. “I was thinking that I should feed the police officers because I wanted to show them that I support them and I thank them for all that they do,” McLaughlin said. “I wanted to show them that all lives matter.” This little girl and her parents are amazing.  Watch the warmhearted video below.
