(RAPolitics) Hillary Clinton presented one of her most loyal supporters, singer Katy Perry, with the Audrey Hepburn Humanitarian Award at the UNICEF Gala this past Tuesday night. It was Clinton’s second appearance since conceding the election to Donald Trump, and the award came as a surprise to the 32-year-old singer.
