JUST IN : President Trump Has a Law That Will Allow Him to Bypass the 9th Circuit
Section 243(d) of the Immigration and Nationality Act allows President Trump to refuse visas to any country he deems “uncooperative.”

Even if President Trump can’t convince the courts to approve his extreme vetting executive order, he may have another tool at his disposal that would allow him to strip visas from some of the seven countries he’s trying to target, crackdown supporters say.
A federal law says the government can stop issuing visas to countries that are deemed “uncooperative” because they refuse to take back their citizens when the U.S. tries to deport them. At least five of the seven countries Mr. Trump is targeting — Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia and Sudan — are already on that list, according to new data obtained by the Immigration Reform Law Institute.
All Mr. Trump would have to do is have his Homeland Security Department secretary issue an official notification about those countries, and the State Department would immediately halt visas, IRLA says.
“Each of these countries either cannot or are unwilling to take back their citizens, all of whom have either violated our immigration laws or committed crimes against our own. For that reason alone, the Trump administration can and should put a complete halt to their visa privileges. In fact, the law requires it,” said Ian Smith, investigative associate at the IRLA.
Both the Bush and Obama administrations have used the tool before, but never on more than one country, and not as part of a crackdown on potential terrorism.

The courts have no dog in this fight whatsoever. It is solely the decision of the President how immigration is handled,,,PERIOD! The 9th circus must be broken up. It’s way too big. It also has to have all the judges removed for incompetence. They’ve lost 80% of their cases on appeal. This proves they are not competent to find based on law, only on politics…Clean it out!
The 9th Circuit actually has no authority whatsoever to rule on anything outside their jurisdiction and they certainly have no authority to cancel anything the President is doing. The Judge who started this should be put on administrative leave and another Judge appointed by President Trump to replace him. I say fire all the other judges who joined in as well. They all need to learn that they have over-stepped their authority.
The 9th District Court should have their Judges removed and replaced with competent ones. In business if you had a high ranking employee be wrong on over 80%of their decisions he would be fired as incompetent which these “judges” are

In a company, any employee, especially a top executive, would be immediately fired if they engaged in public Twitter tantrums, engaged in unethical behavior that clearly violated company rules, and engaged in spreading nationally publicized, and blatantly obvious lies. The type of erratic behavior as Mr Trump has displayed in less than a month in office would’ve resulted in a mandatory leave of absence with psychological or substance abuse evaluation and counseling, if not an immediate termination from his position with the company. If anyone is incompetent, it is Mr Trump, not the entire 9th circuit of well-respected judges who have served honorably for many years on the court of appeals. I believe this is a prime example of the “pot calling the kettle black”.
