NAPOLITANO “If Hillary is NOT Indicted” FBI Agents Who have HAD ENOUGH will “LEAK THE TRUTH”
One email that Hillary Clinton failed to give the State Department could be her undoing, Judge Andrew Napolitano said on Monday.
He told “Mornings With Maria” host Maria Bartiromo that the damning email was from longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin to Clinton, and those closest to her, informing them that they had been hacked. It also said that they were going to temporarily disable State Department security features to accommodate the then secretary of state.
The email flies in the face of Clinton’s claims that she turned over all government related email to the State Department and to her insistence that she never was hacked or put government secrets in jeopardy.
“That directly defies Mrs. Clinton’s public statements, made on numerous occasions, that she never jeopardized nation security secrets and that she was never hacked,” he said.
It can also pose a problem for Clinton because, at the insistence of U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, she certified “under penalty of perjury” that she had turned over all government related emails.
Napolitano called the case against Clinton “overwhelming” and said that President Obama, if his Justice Department chooses not to indict her, could face a major scandal.
“If FBI agents resign and leak on the eve of the election or the eve of the DNC, does President Obama have a Watergate-like, Saturday Night Massacre on his hands?” Napolitano asked.

Just like in any court of law the arresting officer feels that a law has been broken, he then submits an affidavit as to what they witnessed/investigated. It then lies with the prosecuting attorney to decide if enough evidence is presented that a conviction can happen. If they feel that the evidence is not enough they then can reduce the charges or to drop them completely. The prosecuting attorney is the final say. In this case the attorney General.
The AG will ptobably lie and hide enough so that Hillary walks. In return, Bill probably promised her an Appointment to the Supreme Court if Hillary becomes President.

George Finan – I suspect many of these people involved know about the history of witnesses to illegal activities of the Clinton’s whose lives were cut short. One of the hackers that was in prison in Virginia was interviewed recently and he said it was very easy to get into CLINTONS e-mails. He was missing from his prison cell on Tuesday only to be found hanging from his cell later on. Another witness ” silenced”. The CLINTONS have a list of 12 of their bodyguards that are no longer living. The people involved with Clinton now are probably afraid for their lives as well as their friends and family’s lives. I believe it is very possible that Trump is on their hit list- especially if they think he will prevent her from winning the presidential race.

Social media is replete with references to remind us of the Clinton years, and in particular, of Hillary’s alleged participation in less than savory activities.
We read about Whitewater, how the Clintons invested in a development company in Arkansas, and were allegedly involved in illegal loans made to one of the Whitewater partners. We also read about the associated Filegate, where following the suicide of Vince Foster, files related to Whitewater mysteriously disappeared from his office- some of which were later found in the Clinton’s residence- and others that were never found. Foster’s suicide itself was suspect, but Ken Starr investigated that whole deal, and found no evidence of illegal activity.
We read about Travelgate, where Hillary caused members of the Whitehouse Travel Office to be investigated by the FBI, so that she could place her friends in those positions. Robert Ray investigated that debacle, and we were told that while use of FBI assets was unwarranted, and some statements Hillary made were factually false, he couldn’t find that she knew they were false, and no charges were brought.
We read about President Clinton’s dalliances and how Hillary was allegedly involved in threatening his alleged victims into silence. Those allegations were never fully substantiated, and no charges were brought.
We read that a huge list of people who have opposed the Clintons over the years have died under less than explainable, and sometimes very suspicious circumstances. No charges have been brought.
We read about the Clinton Foundation, and allegations that the charitable work of the foundation too often intersects with for-profit speaking engagements. Hillary has been accused of taking huge speaking fees as quid-pro-quo for policy decisions while Secretary of State, and of steering money to for-profit companies owned by her friends. To date, no charges have been brought.
We read about Benghazi, and Hillary’s role in characterizing the attack as having been provoked by an anti-Islamic video, when she knew that to be a fabrication. Further allegations were made that she ignored hundreds of security requests from Ambassador Stevens, and did nothing to try and help our staff and soldiers when the embassy was attacked. A Congressional Commission recently found no basis to bring charges.
And it all goes away. Every time.
Certainly this can be because there is no basis to charge Hillary in any of these circumstances. It can also be because these are very smart people, Hillary and Bill. They cover every base, anticipate every angle, and confidently ride out the storm until something new catches the eye of the public.
Now we’re reading about Hillary’s email scandal. Forget the fact that she stonewalled the investigation for years. Forget the fact that she deleted over 30,000 emails before turning her records over to Congress. She clearly was in the wrong by using a personal server, such that it would have been impossible for classified material not to be stored in those files- the Secretary of State receives classified emails, and she only received emails on that server.
The FBI has investigated all of this for a year now, and seemingly, their efforts are reaching a head. This week, President Clinton and the Attorney General were busted for holding an impromptu summit on the runway of an Arizona airport. Lynch says they talked for a half hour about grandchildren, and President Clinton just laughed it off. Lynch, to assert that her conversation with President Clinton would not affect her judgment, with her tail between her legs, went on television and said that she would accept any recommendation of the FBI in deciding whether to bring charges against Hillary. The anti-Hillary camp was thrilled- Lynch was put on a leash, and Jim Comey, the Director of the FBI, is thought to be leaning towards recommending charges.
But you know what? It won’t happen.
Not because she didn’t do anything wrong- she clearly did. And history is replete with examples of people who lost their jobs or went to jail for less, to wit, General Petraeus, John Kiriakou, Tom Drake, Stephen Kim, etc.
But it won’t happen. Why? Because these people are very smart.
Hillary was communicating by email with President Obama, and he knew she was using a personal email server. That implicates him as well. The first witness in any trial would be President Obama. “Mr. President, did Hillary Clinton, while Secretary of State, transmit or receive emails to or from you, containing any level of classified information?” Would he take the fifth? Would he be charged as an accessory? Of course not. The Constitutional Crisis would be unbelievable, and with the current state of affairs in this country that’s the last thing we need.
So yet again, Hillary slides.
There’s only one scenario that I can think of where Hillary doesn’t get off completely. Maybe this is all part of a plan. Hillary gets charged, and Obama promises her a pardon if she will admit the charges without need for a trial. That saves him from implication, and she can’t run for President anymore, but they slide Joe Biden in as the saviour, with an equal or better chance of beating Donald Trump. This makes sense because the Obamas hate the Clintons- everyone knows that- and Obama may just be playing a card here to get his man into the election.
Now step back and look at all of this. Guilty or not- of any of this- look at these shenanigans. Is this the kind of person that we want to be President? A clear opportunist who, if she hasn’t broken the law, has clearly skirted it more times than is reasonable? Shouldn’t we aspire to something better?
Donald Trump may not be the best choice of a candidate we’ve ever had. Often, he doesn’t think before he speaks, and he’s had his share of dustups. But in all we’ve read this election cycle, no one has accused him of breaking- or even skirting the law. And that makes a huge difference. We shouldn’t have to wonder whether our President is a criminal who will do anything and everything within her power to get her way, even if her actions run afoul of the law- and it sure appears that’s her modus operandi. Whether or not she’s actually done the things that people have alleged, its all just too messy.

i have never supported the 2 party system except for my first-time vote against Nixon in ”72..Since then I have lived in Mexico. I did vote for Perot in ’92 and Nader and Cynthia McKinney after that, the few times I was in the States during the election period. I have always been disgusted at the corruption by the politicians. It gets exponentially worse every year, and we are now dealing with mafia with a royalty complex. I am an avid supporter of Donald Trump who I feel his common sense will release us from the ridiculousness of what our country has become – in political correctness, the entire Military situation, the bathroom issue, The Dept. of Education, Agenda 21, and the UN control; actually everything that has devolved over the last 26 yrs starting with the crime famllies of
