Bryan Pagliano, who helped maintain Hillary Clinton’s controversial email server, defied a congressional subpoena and refused to appear for a hearing Tuesday looking into the setup and deletion of her secret email account. House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz said he’s going to figure out what options he can pursue, but said Mr. Pagliano is evading Congress. “When you are served a subpoena from the United States Congress, that is not optional,” he said.
