HB 2, adopted by wide margins in the state legislature, created tougher standards for Texas clinics and required abortion doctors to have admitting privileges at hospitals to facilitate treatment of complications.
In May, Hillary attacked Republicans after they passed a bill banning abortions after 20 weeks.

I don’t think it is fair to abort any baby but to abort a baby at 20 weeks is murder in my book. I have 4 son’s and I never thought once about aborting my babies. I layed there and got pregnant then it makes it my responsibility to take care of my baby. Don’t get me wrong I love my son’s like no one could even imagine and that’s a) I have to say at the moment.
