In yet another desperate attempt to blame someone other than herself, Hillary Clinton pointed the finger of blame at Colin Powell for her email server scandal. No, seriously, she did….. The NY Times is reporting that Clinton told the FBI that Powell advised her to use private email as secretary of state.
