As you may have suspected, Barack Obama is on the “leaderboard” for presidents who have left the country saddled with debt.
Obama hit #2 on the list, only beaten out by Franklin D. Roosevelt, who added $236 billion, a 1,048 percent increase from the $23 billion debt at the end of Hoover’s last budget, FY 1933.
