Foreign Policy Flop – Obama Meets With Afghan Prez as Taliban Takes Over The Country

Gee, ya don’t say?

Yesterday President Barack Obama met with the current President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani, in the midst of a total political meltdown in his country.

I’m referring to Afghanistan, in case you need clarification on which “political meltdown” I am referring to.

In yet another Obama foreign policy flop, the once “liberated” Afghanistan is now dangerously close to being completely reclaimed by the Taliban.

This news comes on the heels of Obama’s announcement that he plans to keep 8,400 American troops in Afghanistan through the remainder of his presidency.

Earlier this year it was reported that the Taliban controls more of Afghanistan than at any time since U.S. troops invaded in 2001. Reports indicate that nearly 30 percent of the country is under Taliban control

Add to that, the economy in Afghanistan is in complete shambles.

As with most of Obama’s foreign policy outcomes, the situation in Afghanistan is an epic failure.

It’s also fair to note that much of the Obama foreign policy structure that we see now was designed by his former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton.

And if that does not convince you to vote for Trump, I don’t know what will.
