The final Obama vacation is estimated at $5 million dollars, bringing the total taxpayer cost for 8 years of Obama vacations at $90 million dollars.
What a waste.

Before leaving, President Obama decried the partisanship in the nation he had hoped to heal during his eight years. And he indicated that he is ready to resume criticizing President-elect Trump.
According to spending estimates culled through Freedom of Information Act suits filed by taxpayer watchdog Judicial Watch, the trip is likely to cost taxpayers $5 million, bringing the total travel tab of the first family to $90 million.
The White House has said that there will be little public work done during the vacation. “Aside from the president’s visit with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe which will be advised separately, the president and first family do not have any scheduled public events during their time in Hawaii,” said the White House.

Anybody remember when Pres Bush was bashed for taking vacations. Yeah, that guy went to his home state and worked on his ranch. I have yet to see this present admin make any attempt to have a vacation in his home state and city. Must be nice to burn our tax payer money having two security details, one in Hawaii and one in Chicago. Brother can you spare a few million, I’m a little short.

What did it cost the Tax payer during the election for the DNC to send Obama, Michelle, Biden, Bill Clinton and Hillary around the states to “Protest” Trump? I say Protest because they NEVER did Campaign! All off them needed TOP security & 3 of them needed to travel on an “Air Force” transport …what did air force 1,2,& a 3rd cost? None of them were ever in the same location. As far as vacations ….Michelle taking a group of 20 besties to Europe (Mother included) and the oldest daughter’s (Air Force 1) slumber party to Mexico for her 13th Birthday…. why didn’t they go to Chicago?
