Are you growing tired of liberals crying over the so-called popular vote, as if Hillary Clinton is some beloved disenfranchised leader?
According to the Associated Press, Clinton won 487 counties nationwide, compared with 2,626 for President-elect Donald Trump.
There are rules to the contest, and Trump won fair and square. The rest is just noise and sore loser whining.
If she wants, Hillary can go be the governor of California, or President of Saudi Arabia.
Aside from her popularity in the ultra-liberal strongholds California and New York, the final election breakdown of the numbers shows what an ass-kickin’ Hillary received from the American people.

This author has continued research and notes that unlike the original source of information, A more reliable source has the number closer to 500 counties.Still TRUMP wins.
What I find disturbing is the correlation to past history (WWII). I can think of a VERY Charismatic world leader. Rose to power because people “liked” him. Could say he had the popular vote in his country. Wanted to CONTROL it all – even areas where he wasn’t popular. Stayed in power through Fear and intimidation. Finally was defeated due to people rising up against tyranny. Remaining supporters ran to find their “safe spaces”.
Today, I see people running for their “safe spaces” because their “popular” (in their area) candidate, that wanted to CONTROL it all, was defeated due to people being tired of the same old “bs”.
Fortunately, our REPUBLIC has a system in place that prevents population centers like NYC, Chicago, Southern California, Berlin (Oops, sorry wrong country!) from running areas they know nothing about – the country as a whole decides the Exec. while the states decide their legislators (reps and senators) – they both decide judicial (Exec nominates and Congress confirms).
A thinking person can figure different LEGAL scenarios to get a candidate into office. I thought of a couple where Clinton could have been POTUS-elect. However, as I wanted neither (purely impartial to the partisan crap) I won’t make suggestions that would help either side.

I don’t need all the numbers in the above article—all I have to do is look at all those beautiful red states on the election map all across America and it’s very clear why the founding fathers instituted the electoral college. Why should large cities choose our President, while ignoring the VAST MAJORITY of the states? The really humorous thing about all this is that if it had been Hillary who won by electoral votes, we would not be hearing a peep out of her followers about dismantling the electoral college. Because of the voting irregularities that were reported, I don’t think we will every truly know who won the popular vote. The number of counties won is a very deceptive statistic as most of the counties Trump won are nothing more than unproductive wasteland. What’s more important than the number of county’s won is the percentage of GDP those countries represent. In other words how much of the nation’s bills do they represent and what percentage of hard working Americans do they represent
Sure Hillary only won 500 counties but those 50 0counties represent a staggering 70 percent of the nation’s entire Gross Domestic Product.
On the other hand, the 3000+ counties Trump won represent a tiny 30 percent of the US GDP. In other words, the counties Clinton won economically outproduce the counties Trump won by an astounding 500 percent per capita

On the other hand, these 487 counties depend on the other 2600-plus counties for the energy, meat, produce products, groceries, fuels, wood, plastic and countless other raw materials, automobiles and almost all of the other products they consume. She won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes. In the 5 counties that encompass NYC Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. It’s NOT the number of counties its the number of votes. These 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.
Everyone is forgetting to mention that although Trump did not get more than 50% of the popular vote, neither did Hillary! You have forgotten that approximately 5 million votes were cast for candidates other than Trump or Hillary! So neither received more than 50%. Now I don’t know about anyone else here but I feel very insecure in the thought that, should we amend the Constitution to allow the President to be elected by the majority of the popular vote, that New York City would determine who the President will be every time.
