Sad, sad, sad. The Oscars were a total FLOP ratings-wise, hitting a 9-year low! And if that was not bad enough, a very desperate Jimmy Kimmel, who hosted the show, was tweeting to President Trump, trying to goad him into tweeting about the Oscars.
