OBAMA THIRD TERM? Could The Election Be Suspended If Hillary Drops Out?

Now with top DNC strategists holding a crisis meeting to discuss whether to replace Hillary with another candidate, could the entire election be suspended?
As HeatSt reports, “The Democratic National Committee reserves the right to replace a candidate who dies or drops out, and it doesn’t provide additional details in its by-laws. So presumably the Democrats would have to make up the process up as they go along.”
However, a temporary Obama 3rd term wouldn’t be out of the question either because, as U.S. News & World Report noted last month, “The presidential election could be delayed or scrapped altogether if conspiracy theories become predictive and a candidate dies or drops out before Nov. 8.”

The article goes on to state how under this scenario, the Electoral College could choose the next president, without the public voting at all.
Congress could also move the election date or the Speaker of the House (Paul Ryan) could serve as acting president until an election and then pick “a real president for the remainder of the term.”
Alex Jones also discussed the possibility of Democrats pushing to suspend the election in a video released on July 8th.
Are top Democrats willing to risk relying on a Joe Biden or a Tim Kaine to go up against Donald Trump at the last minute, or will they attempt to suspend or delay the election outright, using Hillary Clinton’s ill health as justification?

I may be wrong but I don’t think there is any Constitutional law that says a political party MUST run a candidate.
The DNC is so corrupt, that I won’t not be suprised if they come up with something, that will throw every law,in the book, out of the windo——if Hillary had to drops out the last minute!!!
After all, our dear president still has his PEN!!! Of course, a big mistake of giving him that

I don’t believe that Obama was honestly elected. He was SELECTED.
The Constitution is very specific. The election will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of November and run by the States (not the Federal Government). The Electoral College will meet on Dec. 21 and presided over by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The President will be sworn in on Jan. 20 by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. There is no requirements as to people running dropping out. The Country being under Marshall Law cannot even stop this (i.e. Lincoln’s re-election during the Civil War when there was Marshall Law or Roosevelt getting re-elected during WWII.
