Having run large websites, this flip requires manual intervention. There is no way that technology can flip that fast. The problem they’ll have is that if the original vote was not filtered, then Trump will catch up fairly quickly because it doesn’t take long to make up a 50 pt deficit when 75% of the votes are for Trump. They would physically have to go in and modify the code to add a filter or do a database change, none of which can happen in 4 minutes. Website technology just isn’t that fast.
CNN has been caught lying for Clinton and people are just aware of it. The only way they are going to keep Clinton ahead is thru paid online trolls who vote lots of times from different IP addresses.
