BREAKING : WHOOPS, Hillary Clinton Used the Trump So-Called “Tax Scheme” for Herself in 2015
Hillary may regret opening this can of “tax worms.”
Similar to the Ms. Universe “backfire” this tax “hit job” is flopping like a dead fish.
Firstly, the Clinton Foundation just FAILED a tax audit due to errors and evasion and has to refile 6 years worth of taxes.
Next, we recently discovered that the New York Times did not pay taxes in 2014.
AND NOW we’re finding out that Hillary used the SAME “tax scheme” (which is not a scheme, it’s perfectly legal) to pay less taxes in 2015.

Well this is a little awkward. With the leaked 1995 Trump tax returns ‘scandal’ focused on the billionaire’s yuuge “net operating loss” and how it might have ‘legally’ enabled him to pay no taxes for years, we now discover none other than Hillary Rodham Clinton utilized a $700,000 “loss” to avoid paying some taxes in 2015.

However, a look back at Hillary Clinton’s tax returns from 2015 (here), proudly displayed by the campaign proving she has nothing to hide – shows something awkward on page 17…
While not on the scale of Trump’s business “operating loss”, Hillary Clinton – like many ‘wealthy’ individuals is taking advantage of a legal scheme to use historical losses to avoid paying current taxes.
As Bloomberg notes, this federal tax break is among the wealthy’s most used avoidance schemes…
Those 1.1 million folks in the 1 percent, as measured by the TPC, have annual income that averages a little less than $700,000. The top one-tenth of that group, some 110,000 households, average about $3.6 million, according to Howard Gleckman, a senior fellow at the TPC.2
The middle of the pack, some 33 million people, have pretax income ranging from $45,000 to $80,000. The lowest one-fifth of taxpayers, a universe of about 47 million Americans, have income up to about $24,000.
Among the biggest of these givebacks, courtesy of the Internal Revenue Service (well, really Congress), are capital gains and dividends—these are the biggest way the wealthiest benefit.
In the words of Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, “this bombshell report reveals [Hillary Clinton’s] past business failures… and may show just how long [Hillary Clinton] may have avoided paying taxes.”

Finally, as we noted previously, the NYT itself is also perfectly happy to take advantage of the US tax to minimize the amount of money it pays to the government: in 2014 the company got a tax refund of $3.6 million despite having a $29.9 million pretax profit, an effective negative tax rate for 2014, which it explained was favorably affected by approximately $21.1 million for the reversal of reserves for uncertain tax positions due to the lapse of applicable statutes of limitations.

Just saw on YOU TUBE “HILLARY CLINTON’S TELEPROMPTER AT THE DEBATE” 8:07 minutes!
It clearly shows something inside on top portion of her podium— from the same camera angle you do not see it with Trump’s podium—-which it makes it interesting considering that she had requested a special podium because of her hight.
Also, right before the start of the debate, a man goes to Hillary’s podium kneeling down doing something! The reason for being curious : right at the beginning of the debate ( first question ), I had noticed she started answering, as she was reading from a statement VS just talking!! Which we all thought it was rehearsed and memorized! If this video true, than she was really reading her answers!

There’s actually a pretty good video out there. It slows down to show the illuminated podium, shows “the cleaner” making a few trips to the podium, and someone else as well, disconnecting, removing etc. It also looks like he hands off clinton’s “notes”, supposedly the questions, to the moderator.
Hillary is a lying, crooked moron, she and Bill have been dodging their taxes, and commuting a crime, ever since they set up their fraud of a charity, the Clinton Foundation, they used to launder foreign and corporate donations for political favors. Hillary has broken lsws, Trump hasn’t, whatever he did was legal, what Hillary did is a crime, but she’s just not being charged.

Yes, it was reported on the National News approx 15 yrs ago that she took about $250,000 worth of furniture & art. She also had her staff remove all the “w’s” off all the keyboards at the White House because George Bush beat Al Gore in the 2000 Election!
Net operating losses can be rolled forward or backward to reduce the taxable income of a prior year or a subsequent year. It is not a “scheme,” it is clearly allowed by the tax code. There is nothing illegal or unethical about it. Clinton, and Democrats in general, distort facts in highly dishonest ways to create class warfare and division, the two major platform planks of the Democratic Party.

Of the outrage at the Clinton’s Long Term Capital Loss of $699,540! What you failed to show was the bottom part of that same form – where they only get to deduct $3,000 from their taxable income for the year. That’s right, the nearly $700,000 loss resulted in shielding $3,000 if income from taxation. Quite a story you’ve got here. Why not tell the WHOLE TRUTH – or does that not get you enough eyeballs on your site?

A net long term capital gain loss is so much different than a net operating loss. One has more control over the latter and with the latter people who have performed services normally are hurt through short or no payment for that service.
Bottom line is the Clintons break laws and Trump doesn’t. Can’t argue with that.
Now why is the crooked media all over this. You blow for days about Trump legally using the tax code to take advantage of and now Rotten Clinton does the same thing and I haven’t heard a thing about this. Crooked media protects Crooked Clinton. Such a shame.
