Judge Napolitano appeared on Fox News where he said three intelligence sources have confirmed that Obama went outside the chain of command to spy on President Trump.
Obama opted not to use the NSA or CIA.
Instead, he went with the GCHQ, a British spy agency.
The GCHQ has full access to the NSA database and allows Obama to spy on President Trump with no “U.S. fingerprints” on the job.
