Bad timing to have a laugh. I don’t believe she is laughing at the story…it feels as though she was distracted off camera and we could not see the kerfuffle. Maybe she slipped off her chair or similar. What we see is her reaction to the kerfuffle that we did not see… and it looks like she’s laughing at the story. The images shown while she laughed were of the Police Officer speaking and not the torture. The interviewer asks the same question twice…perhaps confirming that she was slightly incapacitated and could not answer. That may be why she laughed. She was unable to answer due to stumbling on her chair like a drunk woman.
