BREAKING UPDATE: White House Just Responded To Judge Halting “Trump BAN”
Late last night the news broke that some federal judge who supports Black Lives Matter out of Washington State had the audacity to halt President Trump’s “Travel ban” …. which would take effect nationwide. He was very confident that there would be nothing President Trump could do to override this halt…unless he decided to be unlawful.
Either way it was a catch 22 for President Trump, at least…that’s what this Judge thought.
Well now we have learned, he was wrong.
Truth is, President Trump has all rights to bar people from entering the United State of America if we have no way of properly vetting the people who are trying to come into our country. It’s that simple.
There isn’t actually a ‘constitutional right’ to come to the U.S.
If they do come, they are obligated to abide by our laws, but not given the constitutional rights we has citizens have.
Coming to America is a privilege, not a right. Regardless of what the loony left wants to claim.
What that means is…this so-called restraining order that was supposedly effective immediately, might not ever see the light of day.
The White House has responded with the ‘why’ …
The Department of Justice is ready to file an emergency stay of this ridiculous order and make moves to defend the executive order of President Trump and his ban. They say the ban is lawful and appropriate. The order itself is intended to protect the homeland of Americans, and as President he has the constitutional authority and responsibility in fact, to do just that… protect the American people.
The law itself states:
“Whenever the President finds that the entry or any aliens of of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
So Trump’s executive order was lawful, and there is nothing this bleeding heart Judge can do about it.
Shhh you hear that? I believe that’s the sound of liberals triggering, and snowflakes make a run for their safe places…

This Judge can over ride The President’s duty to protect American! I know President Trump can say fuck this Judge and let him sue if he think he can win! Never back down to any appointed liberal Judge. That is what is wrong with America.
How blind can you be? The judges authority comes from, and is only valid, within the domain of the Constitution! These people are not in country when they are in a designated port area, i.e. before they clear customs. Until they actually enter the country the Constitution has no bearing, but does give the President, not the judge, control of their entry.

I had to go as far as signing paperwork with every local state and damn federal agent law that none of them would be a burden to the US government ok! Actually this so called E.O. is in reality a proclamation that he would be enforcing a law that has already been ruled Constitutional by the SCOTUS. No judge can question its Constitutionally without going to the SCOTUS again. The law and oath governing Federal Judges states he will faithfully uphold all Federal Laws and the Constitution of the U.S.
My opinion is just this, Anyone that does harm and/or to the us constitution needs to hang 11 mos’s 29 days at the end of a 13 ft rope, First example should be enough!
It is a law that the President can control who enters the country. Yet these people forgot what laws they have put in.
It was added as law in 1952, I think that is the rite, where is written that a President can inact a law baning anyone from coming into this country. The Commander and Chief is part of being the President. Plus it also states that no one coming in to the United States has any rights in our country and less the are American. It is so sad that a Federal Judge can say that it is harming our country. When he means Colleges.He has over stepped the law. The law also goes to say that a Federal Judge has no right to go over the Presidents head.

A judge just ordered a President who is the gate keeper of our nation, to order him open the border because illegal alien who may want to kill us, that’s like saying you give me an order to leave my front door unlocked so that the intruder can come in and kill me ! When I have a constitutional right to lock my door. I am the gate keeper of my house, I have that right to keep intruders out. If that judge gives an order to the President to open the borders then I want him to keep his front door unlocked so that any intruder can come in, it’s only fair. I don’t see any difference between the two.

The Constitution doesn’t protect non-citizens, but it does give Congress some authority over immigration law, declarations of war, and formation of treaties with other nations. The judge correctly noted that Trump isn’t King, and can’t act unilaterally. The quoted law is like unconstitutional.
Do a search on the law and you will find the law governing the Presidents power to deny entry and/or Visas has been held constitutional by the SCOTUS.
