Reports are coming in that Donald Trump is up by 12 points in a HEAVILY Democrat district of Minnesota.

Minnesota’s 8th District – traditionally Democrat working class
The eighth Congressional District of Minnesota is a working class area in Eastern Minnesota. It has voted for a Democrat in the last four Presidential elections. It has a Democrat Congressman and will likely be the most expensive Congressional race this year.
Usually, a Democrat Presidential candidate would win. But a recent poll held a shock:
Donald Trump is up 12 points!
And more: Trump is winning among women. And the Democrat Party is losing members. They’re becoming Independents.
What The Data Says did this analysis of the Eighth Congressional District of Minnesota:
– Trump is beating Hillary by 12 points: “Our poll shows Republican Donald Trump with a 12-point lead over Clinton, 47 percent to 35 percent“
– Trump is winning with women: “leading Clinton 41 percent to 39 percent.”
– Dems are crossing over: “the number of Democrats dropped from 34 percent in 2014 to 27 percent in 2016. The number of independents jumped from 31 percent two years ago to 41 percent this year.“You may say, this is one congressional district and it does not represent the whole country. Right it does not, but it does represent old fashion Democrats. Democrats who do not really support the party’s position on social issues, but have traditionally voted for Democrats because they believed the Democrat was for the “worker”. This district could be a microcosm of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa. According to Wikipedia, Minnesota’s 8th district has voted Democrat for the past 4 presidential elections, so why would it be polling +12 for Trump???
If this District is a sign of what’s happening in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa, Trump is going to win in a landslide!

My family is from Duluth MInnesota, and the job situation there has been terrible for decades. I’m surprised they are just now waking up to the idea it might be the Demoncrats running the show there that is the problem. TRUMP 2016.
Actually, the exit polls for early voting yesterday showed Hillary Clinton up by 16 points in St Louis County.
Rick….don’t believe the Polls!!! I don’t care if the polls say only one person is voting for Trump….I’d still vote for Him because He’s doesn’t believe in killing unborn and born Babies!

The only racist is Hillary for attacking Blacks and Hispanics .. and insulted the Average America who she said she didn’t like.. So either get the information straight or keep quiet.
I too pray that this is true. It has been a long and heavy fight. Maybe things will not be all as we want but with Donald Trump as President I feel that the lying and disgusting handling by the political members in Washington, DC will begin to disappear and the people of the United States will once again be a stroung and unified nation with a say in what this country stands for. What this article doesn’t say is that the boundaries of the Eighth Congressional District have changed significantly over time. It used to be a “HEAVILY Democratic district” but now it includes the northern suburbs of the Twin Cities, which are HEAVILY Republican. The Cook Political Report scores Congressional districts by partisan leanings with a D or R, followed by a number. The higher the number, the stronger the partisanship (currently, the nation’s Congressional district extremes are D+43 and R+32) and the Eighth District is D+1. So, HEAVILY Democrat is ever so slightly slap-ass crazy wrong.
Northern Suburbs of Twin Cities are NOT HEAVILY REPUBLICAN, never have been .
