Donald Trump has re-taken the lead over Hillary Clinton in the latest USC / LA Times.
As of Friday August 26th, the race remains tight, with Trump edging Clinton 44.3% to 43.6%

Only a fool would have believed that Hillary was 10-15 points ahead – it’s all crooked MSM spin to discourage the Trump voters – it won’t work – Nigel from the UK told of the same thing happening with BREXIT – it will be a Trump landslide! Looking at Gallup’s recent party affiliation data it is 28% Dem. 28% Rep., and 42% Ind. Frankly, that is a lot to play with which is what the MSM is doing. The real problem for Dems is the Independents: who will they really, really vote for November 8th? Their vote will decide the election. Oh, and you could say that Trump is really an Independent.

THE LA times poll has always shown Trump higher than other polls, so it is weighted differently than the others.
Absolutely should Hillary be 10+ points ahead of trump. Only 40% of americans hate her while 65% of americans hate Trump.
I agree with the second comment here. Trump is more independent but in order to get the big money to push through the election, he had to go with the GOP. I believe he will win in a huge victory. I say this because most of the independents support limited government and that is what Trump plans on doing.
