BREAKING : Trump Says Flag Burning Should Be Illegal
CNN is running around like chickens with their heads lobbed off after Donald Trump tweeted out that flag burning should be illegal.
Let’s face it, patriotic Americans do not burn the flag.
The only people burning flags are liberals.

It’s an insult to the men and women who died to protect this country.
Nobody should be allowed to burn the American flag – if they do, there must be consequences – perhaps loss of citizenship or year in jail!

Laws prohibiting the burning or desecration of the American flag have been struck down by the Supreme Court, most recently in 1990, because they were found to have violated the First Amendment of the Constitution, which protects freedom of speech. A 1958 Supreme Court decision rejected the practice of stripping U.S. citizenship as a form of criminal punishment.
It’s infuriating when foreign idiots burn our flag.
It’s sickening beyond words when actual “Americans” do it.

The Don is 100% correct. alot of our laws that pertain to the Constitution
are archaic. it’s time to change some of them laws pertaining to our freedom and rights that we have as american citizens, Tom Strumolo, Toms River,n.j.
the problem is these “archaic” laws also protect us from people who otherwise use power to oppress and rule through tyranny. You need to ask yourself, is it anymore necessary to have a law in place preventing flag burning than displaying image of Mohammed? Culturally they are equally insulting.
It used to be. The supreme court stopped it in 1998 and it needs to be put back as a law that you cant. The ASSHOLES from The View today said and i was shocked … there is nothing wrong with flag burning. These are idiots that get paid too much money and have no f*cking sense whatsover. Fox needs to dump that whole crew as they are anti Trump and do everything they can to inslut him and America.
I’m a veteran and I get really phased off at all these scum.
