Well, it just goes to show, all these people and Carly signed a pledge to back the front runner. Now that we have one, Bush, Cruz, Fiorina, Kasich,Graham, and others have not kept their pledge. This tells you how much they cannot be trusted. Glad they didn’t make the grade. Too many 2 faced lying politicians.

if you signed a pledge to back someone, and the subsequently violated everything you stand for and your country stand for, do you still honor that pledge. doesn’t the person you pledged to back have some responsibility, or once he has you he can do anything he wants????
I didn’t vote for Obama, yet he was elected somehow TWICE. What was my recourse? There was nothing that those of us who didn’t support him could do but accept that he was the president. We didn’t like him, or what he stood for, for his apologizing or his crooked deals or his ridiculous Obamacare, but he was the president. So yes. If they agreed to back the nominee, then they need to back that nominee. It doesn’t mean they agree with everything that nominee stands for–seriously when will that ever happen in politics no matter who is the nomination? They didn’t sign a pledge that said “I will back the nominee unless it’s someone I don’t like, in which I will renege.” They gave their word, and like the lying scum career criminals–er, politicians they are, they have proven why America is so damn fed up with them and their lying ways. They have proven why we can no longer trust them, and why America wants real change. Maybe they are so against Trump because it means their free rides will end, and they will actually have to do their jobs for the American people instead of the corporations/banks/George Soros/Koch bros. The American people were sleepwalking, which allowed their treacherous ways to continue, but we are awake now. Don’t make a promise you can’t keep, but if you make a promise you damn well better keep it. Because we are taking names.

That is totally insane logic… You are saying it is okay for Trump to say he will order our troops to commit war crimes. He says it is impossible for an American with mexican parents to do their jobs. Since when does the person who is charged with commiting a crime get to dictate who the judge will be?
So Trump could say he will commit war crimes and order troops to kiill innocent relatives of SUSPECTS and you should support this.

Trump is the only answer. 3/4 of the elected officials will be in Prison by the time Trump gets done reviewing the books. Trump is going to clean house like never before if given the chance…….
I have reservations about Trump but think of the current choices, he would be the best. I don’t like the statements that attack people – I think he should be more reserved. I also don’t like the rambling speeches that don’t have any content. However, when he does speak to policy & specifics, I like what he has to say. What I really want is a change – no more lifelong politicians that don’t represent the people that elected them. I don’t like all the taxes taken out of my check so that welfare abusers and lazy people can get paid to sit on their bums – I shouldn’t have to work hard or go without to pay for people who don’t. No more presidents that don’t understand the economy! No asinine Iran deals! No more attacking our 2nd amendment!!!! The most important thing right now is to stop the immigration from middle eastern countries – especially until they can vet them 100% AND choosing a judge that will balance the political inclinations of the supreme court! Whatever happened to politicians representing the people who elected them? I don’t see that happening & Lindsay Graham can take a hike!!!! He’s old school and we want new school!
I can appreciate how you feel, but remember, part of his appeal is his passion. You don’t get that with prepared speeches or teleprompters. He does repeat himself, but, if you gave as many speeches as he does, with a few notes as he uses (and content wise, usually they are the SAME speeches spoken to different crowds), you would too.
The only way to keep the congressional politicians to serve the people they represent is term limits. I am a big supporter of term limits of 4 years each term for no more then 3 terms. Any member of congress cannot serve any additional terms after they leave office. Matters not if they serve one term or three terms. Once they leave congress they will not be allowed to serve in congress again in their lifetime. Also, no pension for any member of Congress. The system now is badly broken. Term limits must be enacted by the people if we really want to see change. The only way term limits can happen for congress is the people have to get this long over due change on the ballot of each state in this great country.
Currently the junior congress members have to do what the senior members instruct the junior members to do. Ted Cruz is an example of a junior congress member who said screw the hierarchy of the republican party. I applaud him for doing what he thinks is representing his constituents. Mr Cruz clearly did not follow rank and file when he entered congress.
The senior members of congress will not have such controlling power over the junior members of congress with term limits with a max of 12 years of service.
He doesn’t need the 5 people who might vote for him, anyway.

I believe Trump should be given a chance and after four years he’s not cutting it then vote him out. I’m totally baffled by the amount of people who would vote for Clinton after all her scandels and corruption and believe her lies. Coming under sniper fire, stealing things from the white house , what difference does it make Bengauzi, e-mail scandal etc. I truly hope Sanders votes will turn to trump and don’t be fooled by Clinton. As Trump and Sanders both said The system is rigged when you can have super delegates in your pocket even before you vote. We the people have to take control of our country not politions. How about we get to someone who can stand shoulder to shoulder with Trump? I like Palin. She has a lot of sand, is very smart, and in my opinion – not a Moderate, and very straightforward – like Trump. Trump is right about Graham. Like the rest of the Moderates, graham couldn’t lead as dog catcher, like McConnell and McCain, he needs to just go away. His foreign policy is at best less than likely to succeed, and his stint as Senator was at best very lame…
