It looks like America is sick and tired of smug celebrities sitting in their gilded cages telling us what to do, how to live, and who how to vote.
The ratings are in, and it’s BAD NEWS for the Academy and Hollywood.

Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and capped by one of the most ignominious gaffes in awards-show history — as an envelope mix-up led Faye Dunaway to announce the wrong best Picture winner — ABC’s presentation of the 89th annual Academy Awards scored a 21.4 rating/37 in metered market results, dipping from the prelim numbers for last year’s Chris Rock-hosted outing, which eventually went on to report an eight-year low audience of 34.4 million total viewers.

These celebs probbly had ALL of their TV sets at home as well as their family members tuned to this crappy, uninteresting show while they were at the event. That’s how they bgot the viewership.

Jesus people, when you commit for your cause, keep your promises. Your world will not end if you don’t see it. All the channels will have highlights and reruns of certain parts anyway. Even Fox gave all the info. the next day. So DON”T WATCH!!!! I haven’t watched any of that crap for years.

Wrong, Pussy cat! Sure, some people are seeing those , but the movie industry as a whole is experiencing record attendance lows, with them dropping further each year, for several years now. That has been reported several times in the news papers. You read, right? Also, CD sales have fallen. You can walk trough any chain “Big Box” store and see the bins of movie, and even music, CD’s for $5 a pop. WE, the Conservative side, quit seeing movies entirely and the fall out was precipitous! We don’t hate the left. We hate willful ignorance, disrespect of America, Liars, and opportunists. It just happens that these are the traits held by left leaning dupes who just drink the Kool aide without question, argue like children, and seem to have an allergy to doing the work and getting the actual reliable facts! I personally cannot STAND those “reality” shows. And we haven’t been in a theater in 5 or 6 years!

I switched channels as soon as I heard about boycotting. I had a feeling that viewers would be subjected to their antics when I saw the snowflakes wearing the ACLU ribbons. No more award shows for me. I am appalled and embarrassed at the actions of these Hollywierdos. No respect for our country and our President.

I did not watch them. Had no desire to be aide they think that all of us holds onto all the day. Well, I do hold on to that to remind everybody that they are NOT God and they are spoiled self untitled brats. The only thing I wanted to see was the memorial of those that passed. And I watched it this morning on YouTube. Several conservatives was in it. But, there is amovie coming out on the 3rd. Called The Shack. It’s a inspirational and conservative Christian based movie. Make sure to go see it and support it.
You know damn well too, that the Steve Harvey 2.0 mishap that took place was 100% staged and intentional.. it was responsible for generating ALL of the event’s pathetic amount of after-buzz, and any measly public interest gained for next year will be a result of those people hoping to see another dumpster fire. People will hope that maybe next year there will be another car wreck they can drive by and rubberneck.
