BREAKING : Sources Inside the FBI Say Hillary Will Be INDICTED in Early 2017
On Friday the FBI announced they were reopening the email investigation into Hillary’s mishandling of classified information.
In a statement, the FBI said that they discovered “new emails” pertinent to the earlier investigation on “several devices.”
Reports indicate that one phone device belongs to Anthony Weiner and the other phone device belongs to his estranged wife Huma Abedin.
Sources inside the FBI say there are “SMOKING GUN” BOMBSHELLS on the devices and Hillary will be indicted in January or February of 2017.
This woman should not be allowed to run for president.
She should be forced to STEP DOWN.

This is absolute nonsense. The FBI is paid NOT to pursue criminality. The FBI did not pursue criminality with an abundance of evidence that Hillary Clinton committed felonies, and the FBI will continue not to pursue criminality with an even greater abundance of evidence that Hillary Clinton committed felonies.
I would like to disagree with you. The FBI does pursue criminality. You can ask any Federal inmate that is currently incarcerated or has been previously incarcerated.

A Presidential pardon can be made for alleged crimes committed; remember Ford’s pardon of Nixon? Nixon was never convicted of anything but none the less was granted a pardon for anything he might have done illegally. There is president for this in the Nixon/Ford case.

I am watching with interest from the UK. So what happens if Clinton becomes president and is then indited and convicted? Does that mean that you get Tim Kaine as president?
If we go down that rabbit hole, then yes, we get Kaine and Killary gets a free get out of jail card from Kaine in the form of a Presidential pardon, and justice is never served. This is why Americabs will not elect her president with this hanging over her head now. Even Obama will be hard pressed to provide her a pardon. Besides, it Obama is implicated in the email scandal and in trying to prevent the FBI and DOJ of indicting Hillary with the overwhelming evidence Comey already had before, Obama may be looking at a co-conspiracy charge which would not allow him to pardon Clinton. I also don’t recall Bill clubton ever having received a pardon and he in a potential co-conspirator as well as a rapist according to charges leveled against him by the alleged victim. There is no statute of limitations of the crime of rape as best I can recall.

Apparently, the FBI forgot to visit the Cornell Law Library. Word for word from the Cornell Law Library Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office. Very specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says:
“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.

I support neither candidate. Is Trump the lesser of the two evils? We will find out soon enough. But rather sad that the 2 presidential candidates that the United States came up with were these 2. America has been in decline for awhile and it will only get worse under either of these low quality presidential candidates.
