BREAKING : Senator Calls For Hillary’s Security Clearance to be Revoke in Light of “FBI Quid Pro Quo”
Senator James Lankford of Oklahoma is calling for Clinton’s security clearance to be revoked in light of documents that have revealed which show a State Department official offered the FBI a “quid pro quo” to hide the full extent of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.
Today, I renew my call for the Department of State to immediately suspend the security clearances of Clinton and her former aides for security violations. As a Member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, this is extremely disturbing.

A senior State Department official proposed a “quid pro quo” to convince the FBI to strip the classification on an email from Hillary Clinton’s server – and repeatedly tried to “influence” the bureau’s decision when his offer was denied, even taking his plea up the chain of command, according to newly released FBI documents.
Fox News first reported Saturday that the FBI interview summaries and notes, known as 302s, contained allegations of a quid pro quo. Republican Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who initially told Fox News of the claim, called it a “flashing red light of potential criminality.”
Documents published Monday morning confirm the account. Notes from an interview with an unnamed FBI official reveal the State Department Undersecretary for Management Patrick Kennedy tried to horse-trade with the FBI, offering additional slots for the bureau overseas if they would de-classify a particular email marked “SECRET.”
“As a Member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, this is extremely disturbing,” the Senator stated.

Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any federal office. Federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.
(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
Those on Capitol Hill need to uphold the law and do their jobs!!! This also includes Obama and any one else involved in all of this mess and scandals!!!!
Read your post more carefully. This is AFTER it has been filed with a court… You are quoting the law out of context.

It says clerk, court, public office, or judicial/public officer. Therefore the FBI would qualify.

Listen you snob there are plenty of college educated people who support Donald Trump because we are smart enough to think for ourselves and to realize that Hillary Clinton is the end of western civilization as we know it. All Hillary Clinton wants his power and money. She has never done anything for anyone other than Hillary Clinton. Everything she does is planned and she can only use a Teleprompter to read democratic talking points. She has never put forth a plan for anything that will be an improvement over what we have now. She states that she wants to tax the wealthy and big corporations. What she fails to state that corporations provide goods and services. If she increases their taxes the consumers who use these products and services will foot the bill meaning the middle-class get screwed again. She follows the principles of Saul Allinsky, increase the number of people in poverty and dependent on the government and you have a voting block with you forever. Keep them dependent and looking for the government to provide everything they need to keep them satisfied. Kill incentive and independence.

As far as I am aware a security clearance is a requirement for any government position. So, very sorry Hillary but you are unemployable
