Secretary of State John Kerry says he brought up the controversial “email hack” of the DNC with Russia’s top diplomat. However, he claims that he did not make allegations about who might be responsible. On Tuesday Kerry told reporters that he brought the matter up with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
