BREAKING : Rick Santorum Jumps on The Trump Train

Former Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum endorsed Donald Trump tonight while appearing on Greta Van Susteren’s Fox News show.

“I’m 100 percent,” the former Pennsylvania senator said when asked if he was backing the presumptive GOP nominee.

After he left the race, Santorum endorsed Marco Rubio, however Rubio dropped out a month later after an epic loss in his home state of Florida.

Santorum said he shifted back to Donald Trump after talking with him last week.  He went on to explain, “The most important issue is preserving the Constitution of this country and a liberal Supreme Court will destroy it,” Santorum said.

Last week Trump released a list of 11 Supreme Court justice nominees, which was met with praise by conservatives.

“Donald Trump still has an opportunity to cast the right lot and win this election,” Santorum added. “He’s been very real, laying it all out on the line talking about things most politicians have not talked about.”
