BREAKING : Obama Does Not Deny Wiretapping, Diverts Blame to His DOJ
Obama’s non-denial says it all.
While the liberal media is still pretending the wiretapping accusation is unfounded, Obama is not denying it took place at all.
In fact, he’s trying to divert blame away from himself and to Loretta Lynch and his former DOJ.
This is what cowards do, they try to pin the blame on others when caught, even their own former underlings, just to protect themselves.
If there was no wiretapping Obama would have issued a statement by now saying the accusation was “patently false,” instead of throwing the DOJ under the bus.

A number of ex-Obama officials appear to suggest that the Obama administration may have actually wiretapped the Trump campaign, but that if they did it would have been justified by a court and part of an investigation by the Justice Department—not led by or ordered from the White House or the former president himself.
On Saturday, former President Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis denied that the former White House or the former President himself would have given such an order to wiretap Trump Tower—or any other type of surveillance in any case—but that such an order would have come from an “independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.”
“A cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice,” Lewis said. “As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false.”
Lewis’ statement on the former president’s behalf came in response to the explosive charges from President Donald Trump, who tweeted on Saturday morning that the Obama team conducted surveillance on Trump Tower during the campaign and afterward.
Valerie Jarrett, another close Obama aide, also tweeted the statement from former President Obama’s spokesman, Lewis. Jarrett is, according to the U.K. Daily Mail, now living in the Obamas’ multimillion dollar Washington, D.C. mansion. From there, the Daily Mail reports, the former president and Jarrett will be running a “nerve center for their plan to mastermind the insurgency against President Trump.”

Interestingly, however, a number of other former Obama administration officials do not deny that such a wiretap existed. They just deny that the White House or Obama himself would have approved it or ordered it, and say that the Department of Justice would have sought it in consultation with a foreign intelligence surveillance, or FISA, court.
Obama’s former speechwriter Jon Favreau tweeted that he would warn reporters against saying there was no wiretap.

Geraldo is wrong. Out of 35,000 warrants that have been requested of FISA 12 were turned down. The first time Obama requested a warrant using Trump’s name it was turned down. These warrants are given out easily and have a .02% turn down rate. Geraldo is so far to the left he can’t see straight.

I can virtually guarantee that they will not be charged with or found guilty of treason since treason is very narrowly defined in the US Constitution and there is nothing they have done that falls within that definition.

Oh, yeah — Obama didn’t order the wiretapping, just like Obama didn’t declare (well in advance!) Hillary not guilty of violating federal law by having TS/SAP codeword material on her closet server, “because there was no intent”.

Obama didn’t have to “order” it directly. He just had to tell the FBI or DOJ what he wanted done. But there’s no doubt in my mind he was behind it.
Some heads need to roll on this and all the other violations and wrongdoings. It’s past due. Why have we not demanded justice? Why have these Asshats been allowed to repeatedly commit major crimes against the American people?

From what I heard, the DOJ or FBI tried to get A FISA warrant on or around July, and it was denied. Then they attempted to get it again in October, but there is currently no report on whether that second request was granted or not.
Thank God that we now have a president that does not back down. I voted or Trump because I am tired of the corruption in Washington DC.politicians that think they can do anything and get away with it and they have for the past 8 years. These corrupt politicians taking money from special interest groups and lobbyists cannot stand that we now have a president that does not and will not take any type of money from these crooks.
