The Nice, France horror show started as the Bastille Day celebration ended. Thousands of celebratory people lined the beach promenade in Nice, France, to watch the fireworks display. As families strolled along the Promenade des Anglais, a large truck hurled towards them at full speed and mowed them down. That driver has been “locally” identified as Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, a 31-year-old Franco-Tunisian man.
