Breaking : Nice France – 75 Dead, Truck Filled With Grenades & Guns, ISIS Celebrates
The death toll has risen to 75, in Nice, France, and one hundred or more people have been injured.
The gunman, who was driving the truck who plowed through the crowd, is dead.
His truck was filled with guns and grenades.
ISIS Amaq News has yet to take credit for the massacre.
