Donald Trump’s America First plan is beginning to take shape, and according to a new poll, Americans feel more HOPEFUL than they have in decades!

On the surface, the message from the University of Michigan’s final reading of consumer sentiment for November is that President-elect Donald Trump will fix what ails the nation — fast.
The consumer expectations index of the survey rose by 8.4 points from October to 85.2 — a one-month gain last exceeded in the December 2011 — a testament to households’ optimistic view on the outlook for the U.S. economy and their own pocketbooks. And ‘optimistic’ might be an understatement.
According to the latest report, in some cases, Americans are the most hopeful they have been in more than a decade. For the first time since 2006, 37 percent of households said they expect their personal finances to improve in 2017. Also hitting decade highs: real income expectations, as wage growth continues to gain strength in a broadening swath of the economy.

We are very hopeful and believe we are going to be better with president elect trump..getting the economy on back on track for the middle class,making sure our poor are living better lives(they have been forgotten),health insurance needs to be affordable again for the middle class(12000$ out of pay and still loaded down with medical bills is outrageous right?)…and we are safe from terrorism ,and bringing the people together so we can finally live in harmony(no it’s not going to be easy)is what we truly need..with that said,happy thanksgiving and God bless.
I absolutely agree with this article. I am by far more optimistic for the future of America than I have been in a very, very long time. When the economy improves, that helps all of us. With a strong economy there is less need of government handouts. People are encouraged to work to create their own wealth.
I only hope that it can continue beyond 8 years!

Longer than a decade. We haven’t been this hopeful since Reagan. Thanks to all voters who gave the nod to Trump and has brought this country back from the brink!
