BREAKING : Michigan Attorney General Files Emergency Motion to STOP Stein and Clinton Recount
The steal is on – Stein and Clinton are not just running a money-grabbing scam and a scheme to delegitimize Trump’s presidency.
According to lawmakers, it’s more than that.
Clinton, with the help of Stein, is trying to stop Trump from reaching 270 delegates by stalling recounts in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.
Wisconsin Rep. Sean Duffy appeared on Fox News Thursday night to warn Americans that Democrats were stalling the recount and as it stands now, Wisconsin would likely miss the filing date and the 10 electoral votes would be forfeited.
Stein is in a court battle – trying to get Pennsylvania to agree to a recount after she missed the filing date.
Pennsylvania has 20 electoral votes.
Michigan, with 16 electoral votes, was conducting a recount when Trump – and now – Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette have both filed motions to dismiss the recount.
If Clinton and Stein succeed in their “stalling efforts,” by the time of the electoral college meets to vote, Trump would not have 270 electoral votes needed to secure the White House.
Schuette has taken it a step further and filed an emergency motion with the Michigan Supreme Court, to bypass the Court of Appeals.

Considering there is no widespread evidence of fraud, that few election outcomes are changed by recounts and that no vote total difference of the number we are talking about has been overcome in a recount, yes it is a cynical waste of taxpayer money that is frivolous and potentially disruptive to Michigan having their say. If you think over 60 million people will idly sit by while an attempt do deny the legitimate electoral college winner (and therefore the President-Elect) his rightful place as the next POTUS, you are in for a rude awaking.

Lol! You already were I think. The facts are the LAW says: 1) need to prove that Stein was “aggrieved ” personally by outcome of election. She came in dead last at 1%. She is not aggrieved; 2) election results were already counted twice and certified by bipartisan election board; 3) MI vote must be completed by Dec 13th to support Electoral College vote on Dec 19th. Signed legal affidavits exist attesting to prior MI recounts of much fewer votes in prior elections have taken a minimum of 1 to 2 months to complete by hand. A statewide recount by hand will take over 3 months and MI electoral votes will be disenfranchised.
Also, from just a big picture, Stein’s supposed desire to verify the vote might be taken more seriously if she did not just target the key states that put Trump over the top for the election. However, there are NO recounts in Nevade. Minnesota, Virginia, Colorado, and New Hampshire which were also narrow margins like these States and there is zero going on there where KNOWN vote fraud and illegal activities happened. So spare me your fake suspect nonsense. Your Clinton lost. Get over it and try for your person next time like we all habe to every 4 years. Such children.
should stein have been within 10% or so to be allowed to file for a recount? Most states have rules stopping this frivolity. The recount will only be granted if it is clear the outcome could change; and for her it can’t!

Thank you, Mr. Schuette! Michigan votes on paper ballots and the vote is certified afterwards. This recount would cost the Michigan Taxpayers $12 million dollars, money that our cash-strapped state needs for other things. For example, restoring clean water to the people of Flint, fixing our crumbling roads and the costs of plowing/salt for our roads when winter hits!
I can respect classic or honest liberals as just having a different worldview. What I can’t respect it those who put their own self-agenda over the voice and money of the people in the pursuit of ‘the greater good’ as they arrogantly decide.

When the Democrats launched the “Nuclear Option” they opened the door for what will be happening in the Senate in the weeks and months to come; using and abusing recounts and the courts to interfere with the transfer of power opens the door to the Republicans should another Democrat be elected President. They just can’t stop sticking things in electric wall outlets.
5 states that went blue were actually rigged by Bush Sr by a phone call behind the scenes (You Tube it). The good guys monitoring results discovered millions of votes pop up out of nowhere when Trump was winning by a landslide. Bush tried to rig PA, OH, & FL when it was caught. Major deathly threats where made back n forth. They’ve been caught. 1) that’s why KILLARY was so pompous (and AWOL) during the campaign season, she was assured she’d win. 2) also, that’s the reason for 11:00pm-3:00am EST zone delay announcing the winner Trump. On another note: why oh why do the delegates vote in Dec., when in the meantime, the winner is exhausted while working on a transition cabinet? And these faux Stein/Soros/KILLary ‘recount’ could change all that?? They LOST. Their LOSERS! Rally’s proved that for a year. Mark my words. Those delegates have been paid off or threatened (murder is Clintons style). Or…this was the plan all along.
